In a Swedish Deep Tissue massage, I combine the gentle, flowing strokes of Swedish massage with the firm, focused pressure of deep tissue techniques to create a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience. I use long, gliding strokes to help your muscles relax and encourage blood flow back to your heart. This not only helps you unwind but also increases oxygen levels in your blood, improving circulation and flexibility. As I work deeper into the muscle layers, I apply slow, firm pressure to target the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. This approach is particularly effective for releasing muscle tension, easing inflammation, and addressing any minor aches or old injuries you may be dealing with. During our session, I tailor the massage to your specific needs, whether you're seeking relaxation, pain relief, or a combination of both. My goal is to help you feel rejuvenated and restored, with a greater range of motion and an overall sense of well-being.
Cancellation Policy
Body Soul Remedy: Practice Policies Thank you for choosing Body Soul Remedy. My practice is built on mutual respect and a commitment to your therapeutic goals. To ensure a professional and fair environment for all clients, the following policies are in place. 1. Appointment Reservation & Payment A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Full payment is due at the time of service. Packages must be paid in full prior to the first session. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full fee for the scheduled session. This policy is in place out of respect for your fellow clients and for my time. It allows me to offer any openings to clients on my waitlist.
