Body Soul Remedy: Practice Policies

Thank you for choosing Body Soul Remedy. My practice is built on mutual respect and a commitment to your therapeutic goals. To ensure a professional and fair environment for all patients, the following policies are in place.

1. Appointment Reservation & Payment

 

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Full payment is due at the time of service. Packages must be paid in full prior to the first session.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

• Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full fee for the scheduled session.

• This policy is in place out of respect for your fellow patients and for my time. It allows me to offer any openings to patients on my waitlist. All scheduling changes must be communicated via text or email.
   

3. Late Arrival Policy

Late arrivals will receive treatment for the remainder of their scheduled appointment time. The full session fee will be charged.

4. Remedy Package Policies

​

• Timeframe: All 4-session Remedy Packages are designed as a therapeutic program and must be completed within 6 weeks of the first session to ensure therapeutic momentum and the best possible results. All 3-session Remedy Packages must be completed within 5 weeks of the first session.

• Expiration: Any sessions from a package not completed within the 6-week or 5-week window are forfeited.

• Non-Transferable: Packages are for the exclusive use of the purchaser and cannot be gifted or transferred to another person.
   

5. Refund Policy

All payments for single sessions and packages are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a pre-paid appointment with more than 48 hours' notice, the payment will be held as a full credit on your account for a future booking.
