Cancellation Policy
Body Soul Remedy: Practice Policies Thank you for choosing Body Soul Remedy. My practice is built on mutual respect and a commitment to your therapeutic goals. To ensure a professional and fair environment for all clients, the following policies are in place. 1. Appointment Reservation & Payment A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Full payment is due at the time of service. Packages must be paid in full prior to the first session. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full fee for the scheduled session. This policy is in place out of respect for your fellow clients and for my time. It allows me to offer any openings to clients on my waitlist.
