Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Body Soul Remedy for your massage therapy needs. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and are committed to providing an exceptional experience. To ensure the smooth operation of our scheduling system and to uphold the quality of service, we have implemented the following policies for both new and returning customers: Credit Card Reservation: For the convenience of our clients, both new and returning, a credit card will be securely held on file to secure each session booking. Rest assured, your card will only be charged under specific circumstances. No Call or No Show Fee: In the event of a no-call or no-show appointment, a fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card on file. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your commitment to notifying us in a timely manner. Cancellation or Rescheduling: We kindly request that clients, both new and returning, contact Body Soul Remedy at least 24 hours before their scheduled session if they need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so, by phone and email, will result in the aforementioned $50 fee being charged to the credit card on file. Late Arrival: To maintain the punctuality of our schedule and minimize inconvenience to subsequent clients, any client who arrives late will still be charged the full amount for the scheduled service. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. Communication Channels: For cancellations, rescheduling, or any inquiries, clients are encouraged to call the number provided in the contact form. This ensures a prompt and efficient communication process. Additionally, we emphasize the importance of providing notice in writing (email) to document and streamline the communication process.
