Pork Chop with Tomato Paste

Here is a simple High Potassium Carnivore lunch that takes only 10 minutes to prepare and cook on my mini George Forman. This isn't a gourmet lunch or anything fancy. That is not my goal or point with any of my recipes.

Yes! flavor is important to boost morale and to enjoy the meal with every sitting. However, I know that in order to maximize my results of a diet high in potassium and low in sodium, I must keep it simple in order to be effective. I believe it is when we get too complex in our creations that we begin to sacrafice quality for exotic taste. This to some effect only trains our subconscious to be lead by our tastebuds and NOT our intellect. Below is the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1LB of boneless lean pork loin chop

  • No salt seasoning

  • Tomato paste

Directions:

  1. Session your fresh pork chop with no salt seasoning.

  2. Place on grill for 3-7 min until cooked to your desired tenderness.

  3. Scoop 1 Tablespoon of no salt added Tomato Paste onto each chop. ENJOY!
