  1. No Expiration Date: Gift cards purchased through BodySoulRemedy.com have no expiration date, as per the regulations outlined in Florida law (Chapter 501 [Section 95). You can enjoy the flexibility of using your gift card whenever suits you best.
     

  2. No Additional Charges: We adhere to Florida law, ensuring that there are no additional charges or fees imposed on your gift card after purchase. The value you pay for is the value you receive.
     

  3. Redemption: To redeem your gift card, simply provide the unique gift card code at the time of booking or during the checkout process. Your gift card holds its full value until utilized.
     

  4. Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original purchaser or recipient.
     

  5. Lost or Stolen Cards: Please treat your gift card like cash. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards, so keep your card information secure.
